Orders over 2,000 CZK include free shipping.
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch.
All parcels are insured during transport up to the value of 50,000 CZK in accordance with PPL’s terms and conditions.
Orders to Slovakia are also delivered via PPL.
For orders under 79.99 EUR, the shipping cost is 6.90 EUR — both for home delivery and parcel pickup points.
Orders from 80 EUR and above include free shipping.

Please ensure that the products are returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
