Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return any product purchased from veronicashy.com under the following conditions.

1. Return Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. To meet this deadline, please notify us of your decision to return the goods by emailing shy@veronicashy.com before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to Return

Returns can be made via our shipping partner PPL, the same carrier used for delivery. Once we receive your return request, we will email you detailed instructions and a return shipping label.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

• unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging,
• returned with all accessories, gifts, or samples included in the original shipment.

Please note that items showing signs of use or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at shy@veronicashy.com.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund according to your preference and applicable law.

6. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• opened or used cosmetic products,
• products with a broken safety seal,
• activated gift cards.
