Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping within the Czech Republic

All orders are shipped via PPL.
For orders under 1,500 CZK, the shipping cost is 69 CZK — both for home delivery and parcel pickup points.

Orders of 1,500 CZK and above include free shipping.

The standard delivery time is 1–2 business days from dispatch.

2. Shipping to Slovakia

For orders under 80 EUR, the shipping cost is 4.90 EUR — both for home delivery and parcel pickup points.

Orders from 80 EUR and above include free shipping.

The standard delivery time is 2–3 business days from dispatch.

3. Shipping to Austria, Germany, Italy and Poland

Orders are delivered via PPL Europe.

• Austria and Germany: 7.90 EUR, free from 80 EUR — home delivery and parcel pickup points.
• Italy: 19.90 EUR, free from 80 EUR — home delivery only.
• Poland: 29 PLN, free from 350 PLN — home delivery and parcel pickup points.

The standard delivery time is 2–10 business days from dispatch.

We currently ship to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Italy and Poland. All parcels are insured during transport up to the value of 50,000 CZK in accordance with PPL's terms and conditions.

4. Return Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code. To meet this deadline, please notify us of your decision to return the goods by emailing shy@veronicashy.com before the 14-day period expires.

5. How to Return

Once we receive your return request, we will email you the return address and instructions. You can send the parcel with any carrier of your choice. The return shipping label and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

6. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

• unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging,
• returned with all accessories, gifts, or samples included in the original shipment.

Please note that items showing signs of use or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return due to hygiene and safety regulations.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Exchanges

Unopened products with an intact safety seal can be exchanged for a different product within 14 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, email us at shy@veronicashy.com. The customer sends the original product back at their own cost; we ship the replacement free of charge. If the new product is more expensive, you pay the price difference; if it is cheaper, we refund the difference.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at shy@veronicashy.com.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund according to your preference and applicable law.

10. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• opened or used cosmetic products,
• products with a broken safety seal,
• activated gift cards.
